Brewtree Brewery has been inspired by Latvian Culture, its National alcoholic beverage-beer and tree-oak.
Doing primary and secondary researches, I found out that mostly all of the breweries are placed in the corners of the space. I developed it further by placing brewing kettles in the middle of the space. The brewing kettle pipes are running through all the building till the roof and coming out so that steam does not stay in the building.
The main focal point of the design is microbrewery in the middle of the space and it also features space for restaurant and bar that will provide people, mostly adults with Latvian traditional food and brewed beer.
Timber tree structures are used as a beer garden shed creating aesthetically pleasing shadows and a warm atmosphere in the space.Overall, design is modern, contemporary and fresh.
